Business Success Driver
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Analyst to drive business success by providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Your Mission:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-through, inventory, weeks on hand, margin, markdown, ROS & market share to inform decision-making.
- Share campaign results, new releases & volume drivers to ensure effective delivery.
- Produce and share weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders, including suggestions to maintain low inventory risk and maximize opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure stock levels through replenishment or withdrawals of products and markdowns.
- Provide sell-out results reports to contribute to regular meetings with Sales teams and their respective customers.
Your Talents:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities (formulas, macros, and complex pivot tables).
- Analytic capacity and planning skills.
- Self-management capacity.
- Process development and process improvement abilities.
