We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
The successful candidate will work closely with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives with financial rigor.
Key responsibilities include analyzing monthly results, identifying key variances, and developing robust forecasting models. Additionally, the analyst will lead components of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
The Financial Analyst will also develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages to track key metrics and support decision-making. Furthermore, the role requires driving continuous improvement in financial processes, leveraging tools like Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel.
About You- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
