About the team/role We are looking for a customer‑centric senior operations manager to join our 99Food Delivery team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our couriers and to drive strategic and sustainable growth. In this role, you will work on cross‑functional strategic projects and perform data analyses that shape our business strategy, creating hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve growth. You will also develop technical and business skills through industry experience leading to professional growth. In this role, you'll be... Analyzing business metrics and making business decisions; Doing A/B tests regarding marketplace metrics and assisting the teams in decision-making; Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our product solutions; Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others); Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company.
