About the team/role We are looking for a customer‑centric senior operations manager to join our 99Food Delivery team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our couriers and to drive strategic and sustainable growth. In this role, you will work on cross‑functional strategic projects and perform data analyses that shape our business strategy, creating hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve growth.
