About the team/role We are looking for a customer‑centric Sr. Operations Manager to join the 99Food Delivery team. The mission is to build the best experience for our couriers and drive strategic and sustainable growth. In this role, you will work on cross‑functional strategic projects and be responsible for data analysis that shapes our business strategy, testing hypotheses, and developing solutions that improve growth.
