As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources function and driving culture-building initiatives. Our campus is home to a diverse community of educators, leaders, and support teams who share a passion for excellence, innovation, and humanity. We are now seeking an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to lead our People & Culture strategy. Required Skills and Qualifications Lead all HR functions on campus, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with long-term culture and growth goals; Oversee payroll, benefits, time management, union compliance, and all employment-related processes in coordination with external vendors; Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies, aligned with our values; Lead performance management cycles, feedback processes, promotions, and career path design in partnership with school leadership; Act as a trusted advisor to Coordinators and team leads on matters such as employee relations, performance improvement, and people decisions; Design and implement internal policies, documentation, and process improvements for all HR-related workflows; Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding processes with hiring Coordinators, ensuring alignment with campus needs and institutional culture; Ensure accuracy in reporting, KPIs, and dashboards, bringing data-driven insights to leadership; Support the execution of training programs and leadership development initiatives; Be the focal point for all legal, labor, and regulatory HR matters on campus, in collaboration with the Business Unit and legal counsel.
