Quality Leadership Role

This professional will be responsible for overseeing quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of professionals to drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the quality team to foster a strong compliance culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee quality systems, audits, risk management, complaints, CAPAs, and supplier qualification processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards in international markets.
  • Support inspections and audits from regulatory agencies and external partners to maintain organizational credibility.
  • Drive process validation, system qualifications, and change control management to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in quality assurance within regulated industries with a strong focus on leadership roles.
  • At least 8 years of experience managing large teams with expertise in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication.
