This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory standards. It involves maintaining a robust Quality Management System and leading a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Quality team, promoting a strong compliance culture and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality systems, audits, risk management, complaints, CAPAs, and supplier qualification to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards in various markets.
- Support inspections and audits from regulatory agencies and external partners.
- Drive process validation, system qualifications, and change control management to maintain high-quality processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries is essential.
- A minimum of 8 years in a leadership role managing large teams is required.
- Solid knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards is necessary.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for effective communication.
- Mid-Senior level professionals with a passion for quality assurance are encouraged to apply.
- This is a full-time position.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
