Job Summary
Our US-based client is a leading solar energy solutions provider in Texas, committed to delivering efficient and sustainable power to our communities. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to manage all administrative functions within our department. This role is essential to keeping our team on track, ensuring quality control, improving workflows, and supporting operational efficiency. You will work closely with project coordinators, leadership, and cross-functional teams to build reports, support process development, and maintain organized systems that drive our success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all administrative duties for the department, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and internal documentation for team and leadership use
  • Develop and refine departmental processes for improved efficiency and consistency
  • Support quality control efforts by auditing internal documentation and project-related files
  • Assist in tracking project progress and deadlines across teams to help ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate department communications, updates, and meeting logistics
  • Identify gaps in workflows and propose process improvements
  • Provide general administrative support to department leaders and team members.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, or project support experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or project management software)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
Time zone and working hours: 7 am to 4 pm CDT
Compensation: 1,400 - 1,900 usd/month
