Operations Coordinator will facilitate the day-to-day configuration workload assignments. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure proper configuration of client requests while maintaining a quality score of 95% and minimum case closure. Work will be measured by the achievement of quality score and case closure. Data entry of client configuration in preparation for activation. Maintain a 95% configuration accuracy score by day 60. Maintain assigned case volume by day 60. Identify and self-assign workload within expected standards. Ask critical questions when requirements are not clear. Configuration of large datasets. Follow work instructions and SOP to ensure consistency and quality of configuration. Proactively communicate with team to ensure alignment of progress tracking and quality. This position will not access Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs. Qualifications Expected For Position Skilled at defining, asking key questions that help internal clients to discover their needs. Building trust by communicating effectively with internal clients and colleagues Setting appropriate expectations with internal client and managing them throughout the data entry request. Capacity to anticipate internal/external customers’ needs and place customers at the center of thinking and actions. Effectively defines own work into tasks, prioritizes tasks, deals with conflicting work issues, and monitors own progress. Understands needs and expectations, evaluates information, uses experience in forming opinions, evaluates the benefits of alternative solutions and their impact to determine the most appropriate course of actions to achieve goals. The ability to meet deadlines by recognizing the best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind. Attention to detail and ability to precisely follow documented work instructions. 2-4 years working experience in a data operations role. Previous configuration, implementation and/or support experience a plus Rate: $6/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
