Creative Operations Coordinator Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and management of creative operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for coordinating tasks and managing timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations, including tool evaluation and implementation.
  • Contribute to process improvements across creative operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting marketing, creative, or production teams.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Drive, and Slack.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and create documentation as needed.
