  • Oversee the onboarding and training process for new clients.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Relay customer insights to the product team for future enhancements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for resolving significant customer issues.
  • Monitor data to identify peak call times and adjust receptionist schedules.
  • Build strong relationships to convert customers into company advocates.
  • Host periodic industry specific mastermind calls for clients
  • Answer virtual receptionist calls in emergencies if someone is sick or unavailable

PAYMENT STRUCTUR
Part-Time: $450 usd/mo (4-hr daily commitment)
Full-Time: $900 usd/mo (8-hr daily commitment)
LOCATION
This is a flexible hybrid remote position. We have locations in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Columbia, Fiji, Kingston, New Zealand, Ireland and Jamaica. We have team members in Medellin, Bogata, Sao Paulo, Ramon Mejia, Cordoba, Manaus, Belfast, Puebla, Salvador, Ciudad Juárez, Leon, Guadalajara, Brasilia, Maracay, Belo Horizonte, San Andrés de Giles, Caracas, Dublin, Barquisimeto, Montego Bay, Suva, Curitiba, Auckland, Rio De Janeiro, Maracaibo, and Tijuana working in the office if that is preferred over remote work.
