**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
We are looking for a professional to support the Head Teacher in daily classroom activities and overall school routines.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the Head Teacher in classroom activities, helping to guide and support students' learning;
- Preparing and organizing materials and the classroom environment as instructed;
- Supporting the adaptation of activities for students with special educational needs;
- Ensuring students' safety and well-being during all school activities, including arrival, dismissal, and mealtimes;
- Helping decorate school spaces (walls, doors, tables, bulletin boards);
- Capturing photos and videos of student activities without disrupting classroom routines, and sending them to the Head Teacher by the set deadlines;
- Taking responsibility for the class during the Head Teacher's absence or unavailability;
- Participating in academic meetings, school events, and professional development workshops;
- Following RED HOUSE guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers' Handbook, Assessment Policy).
**Requisitos e qualificações** Education**:Attending or graduated in Pedagogy
**Experience**:
- Desirable 2 years of classroom experience;
- Experience with Early Childhood Education
**Languages**:Proficiency in English
**Specific Technical Knowledge**:
- Bilingualism
- Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education)
