Classroom Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the educational experience of students.

As a Classroom Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Supporting pupils in their learning, both individually and in groups, under the guidance of teaching staff.
  • Promoting good behavior and attitudes among students, in line with the school's policies.
  • Helping to maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment, supervising children and mediating conflicts.
  • Communicating effectively with teachers, pupils, and other stakeholders to pass on key messages.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, fluency in English, and proficiency in Office 365. Previous experience or interest in education is desirable. Strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a collaborative team player attitude are essential for success in this role.

  • High school Diploma
  • Fluent English
  • Pedagogia Diploma or in progress (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Office 365
