Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil Company: Omni Business Solutions Inc. Employment Type: Full-Time Commission: Yes We develop, build, manage, and modernize mission‑critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. Omni Business Solutions Inc. is a global digital‑transformation, solutions, and services company offering award‑winning IT consulting, VAR, MSP/MSSP, ISV, systems integration, and telecom services across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Position Overview As a Business Development Executive, you will build and grow your sales pipeline, introduce and sell our digital‑transformation solution portfolio, and cultivate new business to generate new opportunities. Responsibilities Prospect new business and upsell to existing clients. Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Complete customer requirement analysis and identify pain points. Communicate with technology partners and enable client acquisition. Exceed assigned quota, prepare and update business plans, manage your territory, and ensure proper implementation of client deliveries. Provide product and service demonstrations and presentations (online/on‑premise). Respond to RFPs/RFQs and provide accurate sales and service orders. Qualifications Valid passport and fluent English. Minimum of five years of technology‑solutions sales experience (at least eight solutions/services). Experience managing a territory to drive new sales and building C‑level relationships. Understanding of complex solution selling, digital‑transformation, modernization, and enterprise services. Strong sales skills, ability to achieve high volumes, and experience with business‑development or pre‑sales roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and drive over‑achievement.
