This is a full‑time, commission‑based position eligible for a fully remote or satellite office arrangement across LATAM. Our agile business model delivers customer‑centric outcomes across IT consulting, managed services, and cloud solutions. Position Profile Your primary responsibility is to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline, introduce and sell Omni's product line, and grow new business. You will work independently, developing relationships with directors and C‑level contacts, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver digital‑transformation solutions. Responsibilities Prospect for new business and upgrade existing clients. Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Complete customer requirements analysis and identify pain points for all prospects and accounts. Communicate with technology partners and obtain/exceed assigned quota. Prepare and update a business plan; manage your territory and sales reporting. Provide product/service demonstrations and presentations online or onsite. Ensure proper implementation and hand‑off of clients from sales to services. Maintain industry and competitive knowledge; respond to RFPs and RFIs. Attend and complete required training. Required Qualifications Valid passport and native or fluent English (Portuguese is a plus). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Minimum five years of technology‑solutions sales experience. Experience managing an open territory and driving new sales. Senior leadership and C‑level relationship building skills. Complex solution selling and high sales volume achievement. Four recent sales/technical certifications in business development/pre‑sales. Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
