Job responsibilities:

• Data Analysis Support: Assist with basic data collection and analysis for merchant-side strategies, generating business insights.
• Market Research: Regularly gather and organize information on pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional tactics of key market players, providing market insights.
• Strategy Operations Support: Participate in the end-to-end business process from strategy formulation to execution, including assisting with the setup, launch, and maintenance of online campaigns.

Keeta-Delivery Business Analysis and Performance Management (Brazil)

Basic Job Responsibilities

1. Develop effective performance management and monitoring systems, promptly and accurately interpret business progress, attribute issues, and provide strategic recommendations;
2. Design reasonable performance evaluation systems for frontline teams based on business goals and strategic orientation, drive implementation, and guide support for achieving business objectives;
3. Lead special research and performance reviews on key topics, accumulate business insights, and continuously iterate the performance monitoring and evaluation systems.

Basic Job Requirements

1. 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis preferred, with experience in operational analysis and target performance management;
2. High business acumen, excellent analytical skills, proficient in using data analysis tools like SQL, adept at identifying issues and proposing solutions from data;
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating resources across departments to implement solutions;

1. Responsible for Operation Analysis, comprehensively handling budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, B/C/D-end strategy formulation, and performance management. 2. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, compile business operation reports, identify key business signals and strategic opportunities, initiate timely discussions to reach consensus, and provide guidance for business development. 3. Utilize management tools such as targets, resources, indicators, and performance to identify business issues, provide solutions, and drive the achievement of business objectives. 4. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize resource allocation and enhance business operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of Brazil market\'s local lifestyle and e-commerce business, with experience in developing new businesses from 0 to 1.
2. Extensive experience in budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, and performance management; strong data analysis capabilities to identify business issues based on operational data and develop and implement solutions.
3. Strong strategic planning, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and resource integration skills; effectively promoting teamwork, pushing for the implementation and optimization of commerce strategies.
4. Results-oriented, strong self-drive, learning ability, resilience; capable of quickly applying experiences from different fields; adaptable to market uncertainties; bold in innovation and breakthroughs.
