Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. The role involves recruiting software engineers for positions in Sweden, supporting relocation and visa processes, and coordinating with a global team.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
  • Identify and close recruitment requests for clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
  • Represent Telescope values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience (please ensure this is documented in your CV).
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Some knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Resilient, able to take a "no" as motivation to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Employment details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
  • Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
