**The Billing Lead of the Member Services Team will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections team, with the overarching objective of ensuring our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner.****Key Duties and Responsibilities**:- Respond to and resolve all Member Support Requests within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), while providing financially accurate information and the highest quality member experience is provided- Perform outreach to members with an outstanding balance to reduce the Accounts Receivables (AR) and meet the monthly collection’s goal- Advise system support teams of any system features that are not working accurately (“bugs”)- Advise Billing Supervisors of opportunities for process improvement; Aptitude to challenge current processes, and communicate proposed solutions- Review and reconcile member accounts to ensure good financial standing and are prepared for payment processing- Act as the main point of contact to any inquiries from members or other WeWork teams- Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment, and must have willingness to pitch-in when asked to support other areas**Minimum **Qualifications**:- 1-3 years of meaningful work experience- Undergraduate Degree (in Business Management/Accounting/Finance related field is a plus)**Required Skills**:- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and lead critical situations- Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Systems
