Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional with great enthusiasm and engagement for a position as a Senior Tax Analyst in the Tax Planning team at Rockwell Automation in Brazil. You will support the departments (sales, engineering, products, projects, and others) in tax analyses that assist the structuring of our strategy and important decision-making for the business, to mitigate tax risks and ensure compliance with legislation and ancillary obligations. You will also be in charge of actions related to fiscal and global projects (end to end) that improve the systems that we use, first identifying the needs for improvements and then generating requests for corrections (technical specifications) and updates to the IT team. You will report to the Tax Planning Supervisor of Brazil.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the main user of tax projects supporting the business strategies
- Follow up on projects with partners and backlog of calls with IT
- Keep updated about the ongoing tax legislations for providing accurate consultancy to internal clients (sales, engineering, product, among other areas)
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- Experience with Indirect taxes, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and ISS
- Experience with Withholdings, IRRF, ISS, PIS/COFINS/CSLL, INSS, CIDE
- Knowledge about Ancillary obligations: SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, Block K, REINF
- English for spoken/verbal interaction
- SAP – table parameterization in J1BTAX related to taxes
