Join to apply for the AI Sales Product Specialist - LATAM role at Zendesk . As an AI Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our full suite of AI products. In this quota‑carrying overlay role you will work with our Core Account Executive team, leveraging technical expertise to prospect, demo, close deals, and deliver value‑driven solutions to SMB customers in the LATAM region. Responsibilities Take full ownership of sales quotas and proactively work toward meeting and exceeding targets within a defined Zendesk territory. Collaborate closely with the core sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth from existing accounts and new business pursuits. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their business challenges, and align Zendesk AI portfolio to their goals. Lead and support all approved AI POCs, helping customers understand the product and demonstrate where value will be seen through AI adoption. Collaborate with the AI Success team to identify expansion/cross‑sell opportunities through higher automation rates, volume increases, or new products. Support construction of commercial modeling, provide guidance on usage requirements and forecasted automation rates to maximize AR potential while aligning to customer needs. Act as a subject‑matter expert for AI solutions, empowering the sales team and ensuring up‑to‑date product updates and market insights are communicated. Operate as a team player across frontline sales teams and regional Zendesk leadership, inspiring teams to excel in AI while focusing on demand generation and deal execution. Utilize sales, industry, product, and communication skills to provide key insights, value‑based recommendations, and guidance to ensure maximum success rates within large deal pursuits. Use in‑depth knowledge of the AI Agent portfolio to build and present demos tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Apply knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application to enhance customer and agent experiences in contact centers. Qualifications Proven experience in a quota‑carrying sales role; focus on Conversational AI or CX is preferred. Results‑oriented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Experience in an overlay AE/co‑sell role is preferable.
