COMO SERÁ O JOB?

  • Atuação: Presencial em São Paulo/SP;
  • Horário: De segunda a sexta-feira, horário comercial;
  • Contratação: CLT;
  • Salário fixo;
  • Comissão

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Responsável por atuar diretamente na estratégia de vendas de campo, focando-se principalmente em São Paulo;
  • Apresentação institucional de produtos e serviços da empresa;
  • Negociação e fechamento de vendas de elevada complexidade;
  • Construção de  relacionamentos positivos e constantes com os clientes, bem como Follow semanal com clientes do funil;
  • Registro dos processos no CRM;
  • Participação em eventos, conforme necessidade;

HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS NECESSÁRIAS (HARD SKILL) 

  • Experiência comprovada como Field Sales em empresas de tecnologia (telecom será um diferencial);
  • Experiência em condução de vendas complexas;
  • Sólida vivência em relacionamento com o cliente;
  • Habilidade em analisar indicadores e relatórios para tomar decisões estratégicas;
  • Proficiência no uso de sistemas CRM e tecnologias relacionadas;
  • Habilidade em comunicar eficazmente, apresentar relatórios e conduzir reuniões;
  • Capacidade de adaptação a mudanças e habilidade em resolver problemas de forma eficiente;
  • Visão estratégica para impulsionar o crescimento e atingir metas;
  • Necessário veículo próprio;
