Head of Talent Acquisition Talented and seasoned professionals are sought for the key position of Head of Talent Acquisition. In this critical role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical roles at our organization. The ideal candidate is a master strategist with experience in client hiring setups and stakeholder management. You thrive in dynamic environments, have high organizational skills, and excel at strategic planning. Act as the single point of contact between Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfilment teams for assigned projects. Manage end-to-end fulfilment for multiple client requirements concurrently. Conduct talent pool assessments to identify supply-demand gaps. Activate external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient. Oversee resource planning and capacity management. Key Responsibilities include: Collaborate with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements and talent expectations. Ensure data accuracy and visibility across systems. Track and report fulfilment metrics. Partner with recruiting and sourcing teams to improve process efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who excels at the intersection of talent acquisition, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder relationships.
