Access Governance Specialist

Job Role Summary A skilled access governance specialist is required to lead certification campaigns, optimize approval workflows, and ensure appropriate access levels for employees. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end access certification campaigns in Saviynt. Design and manage the certification calendar, aligning it with organizational objectives. Map role owners, define approval workflows, and align access policies with business needs. Maintain accurate governance processes and documentation, ensuring audit-readiness at all times. Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance and effective identity governance. Monitor Saviynt system health and campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve processes. Create Excel-based reports and dashboards to track key metrics and campaign progress. Communicate effectively with approvers and stakeholders to drive timely completion of tasks. Continuously assess and improve identity governance processes across the organization, identifying areas for growth and development. Requirements 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt, with a strong understanding of access governance principles. Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create complex reports and dashboards. Comfortable navigating Active Directory and/or SAP access models, with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering results-oriented solutions.
