Supply Chain Analyst

As a supply chain analyst you will manage the inventory of the maintenance, inspection and operation team, build procedures to track the entry and exit of materials, supplies and amenities, point out replacement needs, buy what is necessary in a timely manner, ensure service suppliers provide high-quality, on-time services in our apartments, and operate the payment process.
In your routine, it will be important to visit suppliers to develop, assess, verify, continuously improve and understand their quality and service capacity.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Develop and operate internal and third-party inventory control systems;
- Source, negotiate with, develop and assess supply and service vendors to buy materials, amenities, products and services for the operations and maintenance team;
- Develop and manage just-in-time logistic solutions with third-party suppliers;
- Run the entire payment process;
- Be analytical and process driven;
- Be entrepreneurial, not be afraid to get your hands dirty and go beyond to things rolling while helping to build the company;
- Track supply chain orders on a daily basis ensuring on-time delivery in our apartments;
- Design, build and continuously improve supply chain processes, identify logistic or inventory process defects and root causes, propose solutions and lead their implementations.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Experience in logistic or supply chain development;
- Great communication (verbal and written communication skills);
- Establish a broad network that you can use to connect with highly relevant companies and the skills to grow your network;
- Natural hustle and drive to get deals done and push them live - you are motivated and energetic;
- Strong academic background in engineering;
- Excel skills is a must, word and powerpoint preferable;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Balance of being assertive and collaborative.
