Responsibilities Accountable for SLS downstream strategy and supporting sales performance for AM/EMEA Zones Responsible Commercial liaison to SLS Business Line (BL) Head and Senior Management Focus on market needs and requirements and manage BL performance and support ZBL on SLS GTM strategy definition for distinct Product Lines Supports ZBLs, Head of SLS Sales, SLS Marketing Head, or SLS Sales Specialists: development and implementation of downstream SLS sales strategies and setting sales targets based on GTM and Product Lines strategies Positioning of SLS portfolio in Zones within defined SLS GTM strategy Coordinate with BL on Zone escalations and performance plans Alignment of downstream marketing collateral needs between BL and Zone marketing teams Transfer of customer and market needs to global Business Line through reviews and sounding boards Arrange development of dedicated Sales resources in alignment with BL and ZBLs along GTM and customer needs Assist sales teams through sales enablement initiatives and ensure availability of technical product trainings with necessary support Manage relationships with KOLs/advisory boards and coordinate and support BL external representation Qualifications and Experience 15+ years’ experience and success in commercial management / GM roles, with a preference for strong Marketing & Sales experience in In Vitro Industry Minimum bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline; Master’s preferred Experience spanning both sales and marketing, with the ability to integrate strategies across functions and business zones Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment and outcomes without direct authority P&L experience of healthcare-related revenue, especially in diagnostics or mechatronics devices and consumables Experience in leading diverse teams in a Zone (< 30 people); international working experience is preferred Experience in C-level customer interactions and government authorities Proven ability to present and communicate effectively to customers, direct reports and executive members Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Spanish or Italian is desirable Leadership Competences Strategic Direction: Shape future business by anticipating changes and applying market and business insights Ability to influence: Influence senior teams to challenge status quo within specialty diagnostics and implement the Sales Plan for each zone Leads with Vision: Create and articulate an inspiring vision and motivate employees to understand future state Build Meaningful Relationships and Collaborations: Establish enduring, inclusive relationships with customers, employees and stakeholders; ensure trusted relationships and collaborative partnership with DX HQ Drives results: Translate strategy into operational reality and align systems and processes to execute Be transformational & change agent: Challenge the norm and drive sustainable change with a growth mindset Build talent in organization: Attract, develop and retain diverse top talent by creating a learning environment; lead and manage performance Who we are We are a team of more than 73,000 Healthineers in more than 70 countries. Compensation and Benefits The annual base pay for this position: min $201,200 – max $301,800. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. If commission eligible, commissions align with the Company plan and are based on individual and/or company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and paid sick and safe time.
