Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil Company: Omni Business Solutions Inc. Join as a Business Development Executive focused on digital transformation, IT solutions, and services across LATAM. Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Business Development and Sales Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Location: Fully remote, global; regional and satellite offices available Commission: Yes Travel: May be required based on business demand or client request Responsibilities Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying opportunities. Prospect new business and upsell existing clients in medium‑ and enterprise‑size organizations. Develop and present customized solutions that address client pain points. Maintain a detailed capital and market‑size plan; update regularly to track territory performance. Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through to closing and coordinate hand‑off to services. Collaborate with technology partners and internal teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and proposals; prepare competitive and compliant responses. Qualifications Valid passport; native or fluent in English. Minimum 5 years of experience selling technology solutions and services. Proven history of managing an open territory and driving new sales revenue. Strong C‑level relationship building and ability to influence executive stakeholders. Complex solution selling skills; ability to maintain high sales volumes. Strong analytical, presentation, and written communication skills. Minimum four recent sales/technical certifications in business development or pre‑sales. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience with digital transformation, modernization, and cloud services is preferred. Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure.
