Backend Developer We are seeking a highly skilled backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot microservices, with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Kafka producers, consumers, and stream processing applications using Apache Flink, ensuring seamless integration of these technologies within the backend ecosystem. The role also involves collaborating with architects, DevOps, and other developers to ensure the overall performance, reliability, and scalability of the backend system. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Kafka clusters and Flink jobs for performance, reliability, and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Apache Kafka and Spring Boot microservices. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for real-time data streaming and processing, proficiency in Java or Scala for backend development, and a solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
