PO (Product Owner) Salesforce Activities
  • Participate in meetings with clients to detail and understand journeys.
  • Specify user stories, mapping and elaboration of operational and systemic flows.
  • Hold backlog refinement sessions with Technology teams.
  • Meet with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support the dev team during interactions to better understand acceptance criteria.
  • Validate product/service delivery.
  • Approve product/service delivery with the client.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of sales processes.
  • Experience in Salesforce projects and teams.
  • Experience in backlog prioritization.
  • Experience in defining flows and journeys for detailed product specification.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Product lifecycle.
  • Microsoft Office package.
Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration).
  • Soft skills: clear and objective communication, collaborative mindset, transformational mindset to turn obstacles into opportunities.
