**Your role**
- Are you an analytic thinker? A motivated self-starter? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial information?
- We're looking for a AML Senior Specialist to:
- Provide analysis over BS, ALM, capital planning and liquidity
- Hands-on approach to construct complex and dynamic financial models using the three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and returns analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, to ensure that our organization's ALM practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with our balance sheet, such as liquidity risk
- Develop and implement strategies to manage risks and opportunities in accordance with the organization's risk appetite and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate the impact of changes in market conditions on our balance sheet and recommend appropriate actions
The ALM Senior Specialist is a senior professional role, working independently, responsible for providing management with technical analysis over ALM, RWA, LRD, Capital and liquidity.
- The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of financial reports and Asset Liability Management (ALM) projects, as well as Capital Planning and Stress Testing.
**Your team**
- You'll be working within Finance team with focus on WM and Investment Bank operations in Brazil. Our team is responsible to produce and distribute best-in-class reporting and analysis that support compliant and confident decision making for Global Markets, Global Banking (ECM, DCM and M&A operations) and Wealth Management business units, in a challenging inclusive environment.
**Your expertise**
- ideally 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance
- University degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Robust experience in Risk, ALM and Capital management
- Strong oral and written communication skillset to effectively collaborate across the global organization
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities
- Demonstrated excellent presentation skills
- Able to complete tasks independently to a high standard
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power point
- Experience with data manipulation language (eg. VBA, SQL, Python, R) is a plus
