We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.**About Strategy Department**The airSlate Strategy department leads monetization and product-led growth strategies and analytics across airSlate's product suite. This includes owning the pricing strategy, the product-qualified leads upsell strategy, and key strategic monetization and go-to-market initiatives. The department also aims to provide product, marketing, and executive teams with useful insights, segmentation, user behavior, and North Star metrics to improve the performance and effectiveness of teams across the company.And now, we are looking for a **Science Expert** who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.**What you'll be working on**:- **Independently own end-to-end product analysis** - from defining hypotheses and setting up metrics to delivering clear recommendations that shape product decisions.- **Turn data into product and business impact**- translate findings into actionable insights that guide roadmap priorities, feature adoption, and user experience improvements.- **Safeguard data quality and product metrics** - ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of KPIs used in product dashboards, experiments, and reporting.- **Continuously enhance analytics practice** - explore new tools, datasets, and methodologies to strengthen product insights and improve decision-making efficiency.**What we expect from you**:- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as data analyst, product analyst, data scientist- Solid **Python** and **SQL** skills- Solid knowledge and practical experience in **ML** (including neural networks, GenAI, LLMs)- Understanding of Marketing data structures, experince with Google Analytics, Google Ads is a big plus- Experience with Redshift and AWS Airflow is a plus- Experience with BI systems (Amazon QuickSight is a plus)- Experience with **SaaS** **products** and understanding of key business metrics such as LTV, conversion rate, churn rate etc- Solid knowledge of applied statistics (experience with A/B tests is a big plus)- High results track records, experience in delivering projects from idea to result- Strong understanding of SaaS businessIf you’re looking for a dynamic environment that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth, you’re in the right place.
