Your main focus will be to manage the execution of global rollout strategies for existing and new Modular products and solutions. You will instill a culture of high performance and quality within the organization to achieve a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty among Modular's customer base.**Travel Requirements**:As a Project Manager at Modular Mining Systems Inc, you can expect travel requirements of up to 30% for this role. The travel may involve visiting different project sites, meeting with regional teams, and attending industry conferences or meetings.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- **Personnel Safety & Wellness**:- Instill a culture of risk assessment and prevention aimed at '0 harm'- Support corporate safety practices and processes- Promote a healthy work environment, both physically and psychologically- Encourage a healthy lifestyle for the workforce- **Compliance and Fraud Prevention**:- Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and standards- Conduct business loyally and ethically to protect Modular's reputation- Demonstrate respect for company values and commitments- Lead project teams to successful completion within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.- Coordinate with key stakeholders to align project objectives with company goals.- Manage project resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.**Required Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree - preferably in an engineering discipline.- Five (5) years of experience in project management, customer service, or the mining industry.- Proven experience in a leadership position.- Knowledge of the mining industry and related technologies is a plus.- A resourceful thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo of the organization.- An effective communicator, compelling leader, and strong collaborator.- Excellent analytical skills.- Proficiency in English (written/spoken) is a must-have.
