**Purpose**:
Johnson & Johnson Innovative is seeking an accomplished Senior Analyst to join our Customer Insights and Experiences team. In this critical role, you will not only leverage your expertise in advanced analytics but also act as the business owner of visualization products for our omnichannel strategies. Your goal will be to enhance our understanding of customer behavior through innovative data solutions that drive effective business decisions within the pharmaceutical landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Business Ownership of Visualization Products**: Act as the primary owner of key visualization tools and dashboards that provide insights into customer interactions across all channels. Ensure these products meet business needs and support strategic objectives.
- ** Advanced Analytics Development**: Design and implement sophisticated analytical models and techniques, such as predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and customer journey mapping, to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- ** Project Management**: Lead projects related to the development and enhancement of visualization products, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery and integration.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with IT, product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and refine visualization tools that enable the effective dissemination of insights across the organization.
- ** Data Experimentation**: Facilitate experimentation efforts, including A/B testing and multivariate testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies and optimize field force operations.
- ** Statistical Analysis**: Utilize statistical methods to assess trends, forecast outcomes, and measure the impact of marketing initiatives and customer interactions on business performance.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring that visualization products are user-friendly and actionable.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or statistical analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL, SAS) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data-driven challenges and customer insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitating the adoption of insights across teams.
