Responsabilidades Apoiar nossos clientes na estruturação e análise de dados, garantindo integridade e qualidade; Modelar bases de dados e criar dashboards interativos para monitoramento de KPIs; Conduzir análises quantitativas e qualitativas, explorando padrões, hipóteses e oportunidades; Trabalhar em conjunto com times de design, produto e negócios, conectando dados a estratégias de inovação; Produzir análises e relatórios claros que facilitem a tomada de decisão baseada em evidências. Qualificações Experiência sólida em análise de dados e business intelligence; Domínio de SQL, Python ou R e ferramentas de visualização de dados (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Studio ou similares); Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de produto digital, como Mixpanel e Google Analytics; Vivência em modelagem de dados e construção de dashboards para diferentes contextos de negócio; Capacidade de traduzir dados em recomendações acionáveis e estratégicas; Modelo de trabalho CLT | 44h semanais Híbrido: 2 por semana no escritório da weme em São Paulo (próximo ao Parque Villa Lobos) Se você busca desafios em diferentes setores, gosta de resolver problemas complexos e quer usar dados para transformar organizações, a weme é o lugar certo para você.
