Business Process Improvement Analyst

Local Unit & Position Description:The**Business Process Improvement Analyst** will be a temporary assignment and will participate in Oracle implementation process, covering for proper documentation of local processes for Region South America, including Brazil, Chile and Argentina.- The **Business Process Improvement Analyst** will contribute to Oracle implementation process for our operations in South America, covering for proper implementation of global processes and documentation of localization requirements.- Analysis of process issues, bottlenecks- Taking part in re-engineering of local processes, to ensure optimization and efficiency in place- Developing, maintaining, and updating related processes documentation and training material- Cross streams Co-operation with Head of Sections, Team leaders as well with internal clientsPosition Qualifications:- University degree- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools - Word, PPT, Teams, Visio, Excel- Knowledge of Oracle EBS (is a plus) or any other ERP system- Very good English skills required, written and verbal, good communication skills and cultural awareness,- Experience in Shared Service Center, with knowledge in general processes within SSC is a plus- Broad awareness/understanding of general/best practice/international finance processing flow and steps, and familiarity with compliance and legal finance processes in Brazil- Organised and logical, capability to follow-up on issues- Good communication and listening skills to capture information in a useful and meaningful way for stakeholders- Ability to quickly create documents, processes, test scripts etc from verbal discussions and/or demo and/or recordings of meetings- Demonstrated technical skills including: attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills- Experience with leading the projects or PM certificate is a plus- Presents ability to work independently, procedures/work instructions based- Focusing on delivering the result on time- Positive attitude and customer focusCompany & Business Area Description:DNV is the independent expert in assurance and risk management, operating in more than 100 countries.
