This role supports Project Managers with internal and external activities during the project maintenance and decommissioning phase of a study.**As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will be**:- Responsible for project management during the project maintenance and decommissioning phase of a study;- May have responsibility for overall management and execution of medium complexity setup projects as defined in Statement of Work;- Attend client meetings and assists with determination of project requirements;- Chairs client meetings and distributes minutes to all project team members;- Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the client and project team;- Utilize project management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization and planning to successfully implement company’s products;- Ensures compliance to internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements;- Ownership of discrete, delegated project tasks during the Decommissioning phase of a project lifecycle.- Manage project escalations as appropriate in a timely manner and assist in resolution with internal stakeholders.- International Travel required as needed.**Decision making and influence**:- Responsible for compliance with Company Procedures in support of client deliverables.- Recognize, exemplify and adherence to the company values which centre around our commitment to People, Clients, and performance.**You’ll need to bring**:- 3-5 years of professional experience.- Must be able to use own initiative and work independently as needed.- Must be a team-oriented person with a “can do” attitude.- Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of Project Management and have excellent written and spoken English skills.- Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members.- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.- Must be detail orientated.- Must have solid MS Office Suite experience - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.**Desirable**:- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent or relevant experience- Background in Pharmaceutical, Medical education and/or CRO- Experience of clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry/life sciencesDoes this sound like something you’d like to explore?
