Responsibilities- Manage and control the entire sales cycle for new business from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the BDR team focused on your region to define the best strategy for outbound prospecting.
- Utilize your strategic Book of Business, emails, and social media outreach to develop qualified opportunities with key decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly quotas of closing deals, including meetings, calls, and referrals targets.
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- At least 2 years of experience in new business sales, with a proven track record in a closing role.
- Experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting quotas and generating referrals.
- Proficiency in cold calling and cold emailing to initiate contact with potential clients.
- Strong lead generation and pipeline development skills.
- Curious, persistent, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
