Sales Analyst Support

As a Sales Analyst Support, you will assist the sales team by managing data, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining sales records and reports. This role also involves supporting rebate settlements, troubleshooting customer issues, and driving operational efficiency within sales processes. The Impact You’ll Make Provide data analysis and actionable insights to support the sales team in achieving targets. Verify the accuracy of order processing and assist in preparing sales quotes when needed. Offer troubleshooting support for customer orders, account status inquiries, and related issues. Manage sales information by maintaining accurate records and compiling monthly sales reports. Support the rebate settlement process for key accounts in collaboration with Pricing, Key Account Management (KAM), and Finance teams. Ensure operational efficiency across sales processes and systems. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices within the sales operations. The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring Proven experience in Sales Operations or a related area. Bachelor’s degree (or local equivalent) in Business Administration, Sales, or a similar field. Strong knowledge of database management, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Experience in order processing, invoice management, and supporting operational workflows. Ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities within a team environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in the local language is also essential.
