Global Systems Integration Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled JDE Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing JDE enhancements, reports, and interfaces programs utilizing the JDE developer toolkit. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert developer for JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE) associated with functionality, content, processes, and procedures. They will gather business requirements and implement a global standard design for the Global Systems Implementation of JDE enhancements, reports, and interfaces with other Gallagher applications. The JDE Developer will ensure that all development deliverables are completed on time and bug-free. They will analyze business needs, create appropriate functional and technical designs, develop the programs, and perform testing to ensure quality of the deliverables. Additionally, the JDE Developer will ensure that all JDE programs are compliant with IT policy. They will build plans to enforce compliance with IT policy and standard user management processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical experience of JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.1 or higher, including application configuration and development Experience with JDE Localization implementations, preferably for LatAm countries Strong financial applications, analysis, and issue resolution (troubleshooting) skills Experience working with fellow team members and third-party vendors to integrate with SaaS solutions Working "hands-on" knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies Financial & Business acumen (working knowledge) and awareness of management and analysis processes Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel Excellent organization skills, and verbal and written communication skills Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams Advanced proficiency in Spanish/English Benefits Be part of a purpose-led organization with a global footprint Collaborate with diverse teams across borders Work on cutting-edge technologies in enterprise integration Enjoy career mobility, continuous learning, and a culture of inclusion Others At (Company), we don't just offer jobs - we offer journeys.
