What's the role? We're seeking a bold, strategic finance leader who thrives in complexity and excels at business partnering. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a Finance Business Partner to the Market Organization, helping to steer financial levers and performance. We're looking for passion about the construction industry with the creativity and courage to challenge the status quo and drive innovation from within. You'll be working closely with senior executives to shape decisions, drive integration, and ensure long-term value creation. Partner directly with functional leaders to shape and execute our growth strategy. Lead the financial performance management cycle, including rolling forecasts and financial steering across sales divisions. Analyze and advise on business cases, investments, and commercial strategies—turning data into action. Own and improve the financial planning processes. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, propose financial guardrails, and recommend course corrections. Contribute to long-term planning initiatives: ensure compliance and risk alignment while embedding agile, future‑proof finance systems and structures. Lead with influence—not authority—by asking challenging questions, probing assumptions, and helping senior stakeholders align on impactful choices. Balance your time between strategic conversations and hands‑on finance operations. This is not a traditional accounting role—it is business partnering at its most influential. What you need Completed bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (CPA / CMA / CA is a plus). Master’s degree is a plus. 7–10 years’ experience in finance, consulting, or audit—ideally within multinational organizations. Strong strategic acumen with hands‑on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Proven success in business partnering roles—working alongside execs and cross‑functional teams to drive real outcomes. Ability to influence without authority, simplify complex financial topics, and communicate clearly in fluent English.
