About the Role

As Enablement Partner within a PEO organization, you will empower our Sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals. You will lead enablement initiatives across product, process, system, and skill training, content development, and coaching as we expand our offerings and grow the team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of highly complex sales, ideally in the PEO industry, and is passionate about driving performance through strategic enablement.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $90,000-$120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Team Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to sales leaders, identifying enablement needs and delivering targeted solutions.
  • Training & Onboarding: Deliver onboarding and evergreen onboarding programs, focusing on process, selling skills, and PEO-specific topics like HR compliance, benefits administration, and risk mitigation.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain enablement courseware, playbooks, process and tool guides, videos, and other learning collateral tailored to the PEO buyer journey.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Ops and Product teams to streamline workflows, improve CRM usage, and support the rollout of new tools and processes.
  • Spearhead Sales AI Transformation: Identify areas in the sales process where AI can automate content or training and streamline workflows and inefficiencies.
  • Performance Analysis: Use KPIs and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Legal, HR, Product, Marketing, Operations and Platform Support to ensure alignment on messaging, regulatory updates, and service offerings.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations, preferably within a PEO, HR tech, or B2B sales environment.
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), content management software (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Experience creating multimedia training content (video, AI, microlearning, interactive modules) using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia) and LMS tools.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable training and content.
  • Ability to self-start and thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous goals into executable plans.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving measurable business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the PEO model, including HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management.
  • Experience supporting sales or retention teams in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
  • Experience in building enablement content for just-in-time learning with focus on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service/success skills.
  • Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDICC) or enablement platforms.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
