We guarantee that our operations stay stable and robust during the life of the well. As a Field Specialist, you will supervise and deliver services operations across wellsite in Brazil. You will primarily be responsible for the preparation, following the procedures and performing execution of operations to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client’s and Company’s satisfaction. Responsibilities Maintain units, ready for operations all time Execute jobs Plan and prepare miscellaneous pumping activities Assist in performing checks and loading of necessary product and equipment required for the operations Schedule operations, including maintenance of equipment Work with crew on location to prepare equipment and products for any pumping operation assigned to us Do all job calculations required Maintain an open and business‑like relationship with the company representative Qualifications Have a Technical Degree in a related field Regular situation with the CFT or CREA Have experience offshore in Oil & Gas services Be analytical with proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions Have experience motivating the team Be fluent in English (preferable) and Portuguese and possess excellent all‑round communication skills Have some knowledge of how to operate safely and flawlessly pressure pumping units Location: Macaé Work Flexibility This role works with our customer on‑site in locations across the region. When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns.
