Field Specialist – Pressure Pumping Operations We are the leader in well construction and production, providing innovative physical and digital solutions that improve efficiency, production, and maximize reservoir value. Our team designs Pressure Pumping solutions based on well properties and ensures operations remain stable and robust throughout the well life. Responsibilities Maintain units ready for operations at all times. Execute pressure pumping jobs. Plan and prepare miscellaneous pumping activities. Assist in checks, loading of necessary product and equipment. Schedule operations, including maintenance of equipment. Work with crew on site to prepare equipment and products for any assigned pumping operation. Perform all required job calculations. Maintain an open, business-like relationship with the company representative. Qualifications Technical degree in a related field. Valid registration with CFT or CREA. Experience offshore in Oil & Gas services. Analytical mindset with proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions. Experience motivating a team. Fluency in Portuguese; English preferred; excellent communication skills. Knowledge of safe operation of pressure pumping units.
