The Business Risk and Audit team at Randstad Global is looking for an experienced IT risk professional to join our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.
Job OverviewWe're seeking a skilled individual with a strong background in general IT management processes, business enabling through IT (automated controls, RPA and IA), combined with risk and audit skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT audit and risk management.
Responsibilities- Perform internal audits and evaluations related to digital processes.
- Coordinate and execute risk management, internal control, and internal audit activities.
- Provide coaching and development for team members on IT general controls, application controls, and technical expertise.
- Support the planning and execution of risk and internal audit activities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or economics.
- Qualified as IT auditor (e.g., CISA, RE or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
- Proficient in multiple software applications and technologies used in IT audit and risk management.
This role requires a strong independent mindset, international stakeholder management & change, and innovative thinking. You should demonstrate an agile and flexible working style and passion for on-the-job coaching and development.
