What You'll Do : Responsibilities Support day-to-day EUC operations: hardware/software troubleshooting, patching, imaging, security updates, asset inventory, disposal. Deploy and manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using modern tools: Intune, SCCM / MECM, Jamf, Autopilot, VDI. Administer Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint; enforce compliance (SAML, SCIM, MFA, SSO); enhance endpoint security (Defender, encryption). Maintain documentation, knowledge base, asset reports; provide vendor coordination and Level-1 / 2 / 3 support. Lead device provisioning recommendations, hardware refresh cycles, user training, and helpdesk hand-offs. Configure MS O365 clients and troubleshoot relevant issues. Provide end user support, physical and remotely. Preferred Skills Endpoint management: Intune, SCCM / MECM, Jamf, Autopilot. Microsoft Modern Desktop + Azure (AD, Exchange, Office 365). Scripting and automation: PowerShell, Batch, Terraform, Ansible. VDI, desktop virtualization, cloud-native / DevOps basics (CI / CD, containers). Networking fundamentals, MDM, A / V support, Linux basics. Intune / SCCM, self-service image builds, endpoint security, PowerShell automation. JAMF, Virtual Desktops (WVD, VMware, Citrix), hybrid cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), ITSM toolchains (ServiceNow). Nice to Have Microsoft Azure Administrator, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot. Jamf Pro Certified. AWS / Azure / Google Cloud for hybrid support. Microsoft Security, CompTIA Security+, CISSP / CEH. ITSM / ServiceNow for ticket communities.
