**Your role**
- Are you able to leverage your regulatory knowledge and Compliance experience to positively influence risk decisions and promote a strong culture of Compliance?
We're looking for someone who can:
- proactively identify value-added solutions and then develop and implement change initiatives, ensuring that processes, deliverables and responsibilities are fully aligned with strategic priorities
- participate in the business divisional governance, and internal and external audits
- provide business divisional management with controls, training, frameworks, information and insights required to perform their compliance management and supervisory responsibilities
- prepare and delivers proposals for the control, mitigation and remediation of compliance and non-financial risk issues arising out of the operations of the business division
- prepare concise, objective and accurate reports that provide insight into the business division's risk profile and include interdisciplinary, holistic and systemic root cause analysis
- manage a Compliance team fostering a positive collaborative environment and establishing professional standards of behavior at all levels

- You will be working as part of our Compliance and Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Your role will require keen risk judgment, decisiveness, communication and interpersonal skills, and superb integrative thinking across all facets of compliance risk policies, procedures, and processes.
**Your expertise**
- solid experience in the financial services industry with focus on compliance, regulatory matters, audit, risk management or governance processes
- strong understanding of Brazilian compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and appropriate controls
- influencing business partners on key compliance risks and actions required to mitigate risk
- ability to be structured, analytical, holistic, and thorough in your approach, with the ability to form defensible conclusions from compliance assessments
- Portuguese and English skills
- availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo
- bachelor's degree or international equivale
