**Summary & Role Information**
The Role:
- Actively work with teams to align Enterprise Cloud Services with current and future product and cloud services offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient rollout of new services and solutions
- Assist with the implementation of new technical solutions
- Support Go to market activities (Lead of customer focused solution design in Bid and Pre-sales phase) and interact with Pre-Sales and Sales on deal requirements (customer focused solution design)
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with business users to provide support and guidance on service offerings
**Experience (Role Requirements)**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communication and social interaction skills in English is a must, other languages a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Previous experience or internships in IT support or related field is a plus
