**What are we looking for?**:
- University degree preferred preferably in HR, Business
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a large fast-paced and complex environment
- Experience in leading multiple highly complex projects at the same time, tracking progress/results/ ROI and delivering project on-time and within budget
- Experience metrics/analytics, measures and reporting. Background in utilizing data to create broad based insights and drive decision making, action, results and return on investment. Ideal would be direct experience with TA metrics and strong excel skills.
- Strong written, oral and listening communication skills.
- The ability to interact, develop relationships and influence all levels of associates and sr. stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Drives continuous improvement in the overall TA space. Assess, research and analyze to uncover areas of opportunity and provides recommendations to TA LT and works with key stakeholders to deliver
- Key partner with the regional and global TA teams on TA metrics. Analyzes TA metrics, process, feedback, results, external trends and evolving legislation to develop the right TA action/strategies
- Creates the overall end to end TA Capability Building strategy and deployment plan for the Americas region/globe
- Provides leadership to ensure the effective use of current TA tools/technologies as well as leadership around future tools/technologies for both the region/globe
- Helps drive analysis /assessment of TA spend/investment to ensure ROI and recommended shifts / tradeoffs when needed.
