Overview

Delivery Station Manager position with Amazon Logistics in Campinas - SP. You'll lead teams at the heart of Amazon's operations and logistics network, focusing on delivering safe, efficient parcel processing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, control, organize and direct the Delivery Station operations.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards within your remit area, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
  • Become proficient on specific, larger-scale processes within Delivery Stations, such as 5S audits.
  • Handle meaningful data collection in inventory control systems, updating operations metrics hourly.
  • Aim to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Partner with support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels.
  • Implement progressive process changes and contribute to cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the broader Brazil Amazon Logistics network.
Qualifications
  • Bacheloregree or equivalent.
  • Employee and performance management experience.
  • Previous experience leading large, diverse teams.
  • Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas, with a track record in a dynamic logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to organize details, perform root cause analysis, and analyze data generated.
  • Advanced level in Excel (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and basic English.
  • Completed master's degree or MBA; experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies and related techniques.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and exercise good judgment in stressful situations.
