Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage a team of shift managers and their direct reports. As Logistics Station Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards within your remit area.
Becoming proficient on specific processes and activities within delivery stations, such as 5S audits, is also crucial. Additionally, you will handle data collection and updating operations metrics on an hourly basis, aiming to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and ensure excellent customer experience.
Furthermore, partnering with support teams on staffing plans, schedules, and performance levels will be essential. You will also be required to implement process change and contribute in cross-functional six sigma initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is necessary.
- Previous experience in employee and performance management is also required.
- Leading large, diverse teams and expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas are key skills.
- Advanced level Excel skills, including vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros, are essential.
- Fluent Portuguese and basic English language skills are also necessary.
