**Operations Leadership Opportunity**

This is a leadership role that requires the execution of company standards and operational procedures. The Operations Lead will be responsible for coordinating daily and weekly activities, planning workloads, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Oversee production, supervision, and discipline of employees to ensure they meet goals and standards.
  • Evaluate employee performance based on goals and standards, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Enforce policy and procedure compliance across all departments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Resolve problems efficiently and effectively, both internally and externally.
  • Train and develop employees through coaching and mentoring.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and employees to build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to plan and execute the budget and operational processes.
